Hezký den, hlavní jídla vždy výborná..osobně nedávám veškeré sladké svačiny..vyloženě se na ně netěším =( , ale rozumím tomu proč to tak je.. nejsem na sladké nikdy jsem nebyla já raději vše tučné.. masíčko a tak, takže pro ženský co ujížděj na sladkým určitě skvělá volba.. No ale co se týče porcí je to ok hlad nepocituji, jen občas díky těm vynechaným svačinám asi.. Co ale nejvíce oceňuji je zdraví pocit co mám a není mi zle a o tom to je.. žádné běhání po obchodech..ztráta času a neustále myšlení na to co jak uvařit prostě komfort

Vždycky jsem milovala klasickou nezdravou kuchyni a moc nevěřila tomu, že si lze pochutnat na zdravém jídle. Teď už vím, že to jde. Každý den se pětkrát těším na to, co dobrého najdu v další krabičce. K tomu ušetřený čas a ten krásný pocit, že se o mě někdo stará... Skvělé, děkuji.

Před rokem jsem se poprvé začala stravovat "krabičkovou dietou" a dnes mohu s určitostí napsat, že za tu dobu jsem ztratila více jak 16 kg a získala spoustu energie . Vzhledem k mému věku 62 roků a k diagnóze "štítná žláza" to považuji za úspěch. Je fajn kupovat si oblečení o 3 velikosti menší.... Pokud by někdo nevěřil, tak krabičky opravdu fungují a mohu tento způsob stravování a hubnutí vřele doporučit.
Ráda se po krátké pauze ke všem těm zdravým dobrotám vrátím.

Díky za tu spoustu ušetreného času a hlavně za ty dobroty co mi vozíte . Omáčky jsou bomba a masíčko nemá chybu. Pomazánky jsou skvělé a houstičky úžasné. Jen to sladké mi moc nejede, ale vždy jsem dávala přednost slanému . Zkoušela jsem si už mockrát zdravě vařit,ale jedla jsem to 3 dny a po týdnu mě opouštěla fantazie a dost jsem musela nakupovat a aby jídlo bylo pestré, polovinu surovin jsem nejspíš vyhodila, protože nikdo z rodiny to nejedl. Krabičky jsou super a navíc jsem za první týden ubírala 2 kg. Díky za to, že jste.
